The Elite's 210k PSI steel means a stiffer shaft with less unwanted flex — important for pressing movements — while still having enough whip for Olympic lifts.

The 28mm shaft diameter is standard for men's Olympic bars, providing the right balance of grip comfort and stiffness. The 25mm 15kg version follows the women's Olympic specification.
