VERVE Home Gym Bundles Explained: Which Package Fits Your Budget and Goals?

VERVE Home Gym Bundles Explained: Which Package Fits Your Budget and Goals?

The short answer

VERVE has 9 home gym bundles in two families. The four Zen Power Rack bundles, from $2,113.89 to $2,390.96, give you a rack, a 20kg barbell and a bench, but no plates, so budget about $744 more for 100kg of bumper plates and collars. The Home Gym Essentials Bundle ($3,561) is the one Zen option with plates included, and it costs the same as buying its eight items separately. The four Tori packs, from $5,199 to $7,399, swap the Zen for a rack with two 150kg cable stacks built in. Our call: training barbell-first on about $3,000, take a Zen bundle and add plates. Want cables and a barbell, take the Tori Strength Pack. Want the floor and spotter arms in the same order, take the Tori Complete Gym Pack.

All 9 bundles compared

You want a home gym that is complete the day it arrives, at the price you planned. The bundles look alike on a product grid and are not: most have no plates, five have no cables, and only one includes a floor.

Zen Power Rack Build Bundle $2,390.96 Zen Power Rack, Elite Olympic Barbell Dazzle Camo 20kg, Satori Adjustable Bench. No plates. The better bar and the adjustable bench in one Zen bundle.

Tori Strength Pack $6,599 (was $6,916) Everything in the Cable Pack, plus Commercial FID Bench V2, Elite Olympic Barbell Black 20kg, 100kg of bumper plates, Lock Jaw collars. Cables and heavy barbell work on one footprint. Our pick for most Tori buyers.

Where a price shows a "was" figure, that is the total VERVE lists for the same items bought separately.

Zen Power Rack bundles: rack, bar and bench from $2,113.89

If your training is squat, bench, deadlift and press, you do not need to pay for cables. All four Zen bundles share the VERVE Zen Power Rack, which handles squats, bench and pull ups, comes with sandwich J-hooks, a safety strap system, plate storage horns and band pegs, and is built to expand with attachments later. What changes between the four is the bar and the bench.

Bar Commercial Flat Bench Satori Adjustable Bench
MAVRIK Olympic Barbell 20kg Strength Bundle, $2,113.89 Performance Bundle, $2,160.39
Elite Olympic Barbell Dazzle Camo 20kg Elite Bundle, $2,346.96 Build Bundle, $2,390.96

The bench. The Commercial Flat Bench is solid under heavy weight, with no moving parts to wear out. The Satori Adjustable Bench adds flat, incline and decline. It costs $46.50 more on the MAVRIK bundles and $44 more on the Elite bundles, so unless you only ever press flat, take the adjustable.

The bar. The MAVRIK is a reliable 20kg bar suited to daily training. The Elite in Dazzle Camo is a 20kg bar rated for serious loading. Moving up to the Elite adds about $230. If you plan to load heavy for years, that is where the money goes.

What none of them include. Plates and collars. A 100kg set of VERVE BE> Olympic Bumper Plates (5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg pairs) is about $715, and Lock Jaw Olympic Collars are $20. Add about $744 to any Zen bundle price before you compare it with anything else. On the Elite and Build bundles, check the bar's lead time on the product page before you order.

Home Gym Essentials Bundle: ready to lift, $3,561

The Home Gym Essentials Bundle is for the lifter who wants one order and nothing to chase afterwards. It includes:

  • VERVE Zen Power Rack with sandwich J-hooks, safety strap system, plate storage horns and band pegs
  • VERVE Elite Olympic Barbell, Black, 20kg
  • VERVE Commercial FID Bench V2, with seven back positions from 15 degrees decline to 80 degrees upright
  • VERVE BE> Olympic Bumper Plates, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 20kg: 100kg of plates for a 120kg lift with the 20kg bar
  • VERVE Lock Jaw Olympic Collars, pair

The plain truth: the Essentials Bundle costs the same as buying those eight items separately. You pay for one order with nothing missing, not for a discount. If you want the FID bench, it is the simplest way to get it. If saving money matters more, a Zen bundle plus plates comes in lower (sums below).

Tori packs: rack and cables in one, from $5,199

If you want lat pulldowns, seated rows and rope work as well as barbell lifts, the Tori is the machine. The Tori Functional Trainer Rack is a power rack and a dual cable machine in one unit. Two 150kg weight stacks run a 2:1 pulley ratio for 75kg of working resistance per side, on 75mm x 75mm x 3mm uprights. Sandwich J-hooks and a multi-grip pull up bar are included. It won the 2026 Australian Good Design Awards, Product Design, Sport and Lifestyle category. Every pack below arrives as one order, one delivery, with the attachments that turn the Tori into a finished station.

Tori Cable Pack, $5,199

The Tori Cable Pack is the Tori plus the five attachments Tori buyers add most often: lat pull down seat, low row foot plate, hard chrome lat bar, hard chrome rowing handle and tricep rope. Bought separately those come to $6,288, so the pack saves $379. It has no barbell, plates or bench. Buy it if cables are your main training, or if you already own a bar and plates.

Tori Strength Pack, $6,599

The Tori Strength Pack is the Cable Pack plus everything you need to load a bar: the Commercial FID Bench V2, the Elite Olympic Barbell Black 20kg, 100kg of VERVE BE> Olympic Bumper Plates and Lock Jaw collars. Bought separately it comes to $8,150, so the pack saves $651. This is our pick for most Tori buyers. The step up from the Cable Pack is $1,590, and it adds a bar, bench, plates and collars worth $1,862 bought separately.

Tori Studio Pack, $6,829

The Tori Studio Pack is the full Tori system: the VERVE Smith Machine Attachment, every seated station (lat pull down seat, utility seat, leg roller, low row foot plate) and the complete hard chrome cable accessory set. VERVE lists the separate total at $8,604, a saving of $805. It is pitched at PT studios and boutique floors. At home, it suits you if you want guided Smith work and every cable station. It has no free barbell, plates or bench, so budget for plates if you do not own them.

Tori Complete Gym Pack, $7,399

The Tori Complete Gym Pack is the Strength Pack plus VERVE Safety Spotter Arms, so a missed rep never traps you, 12 EPDM 15mm rubber tiles (12 square metres, laid as a 3m x 4m floor), and three more cable handles: a multi purpose handle, single handles and a small straight bar. Bought separately it comes to $9,347, so the pack saves $948. The step up from the Strength Pack is $900, for spotter arms, flooring and handles worth $1,197 bought separately. If you have no floor yet, this is the simplest way to get one with the gym.

How to choose your bundle

Buy the wrong rack and you pay twice: for cables you never touch, or for a second machine to get them. Three steps avoid that.

  • Step 1: decide barbell or cables. If your program is squat, bench, deadlift and press, a Zen bundle covers it. If you also want pulldowns, rows and cable work, go Tori. With the same bar, bench, plates and collars, the Tori Strength Pack costs $3,938 more than the Essentials Bundle. That gap is the price of the cable station.
  • Step 2: measure the room. The Tori stands 2316mm tall, 1230mm wide and 853mm deep. Allow room in front for the bench and a loaded barbell. If your ceiling is lower, look at the Tori Functional Trainer Rack Short, which stands 1.95m tall. For a Zen bundle, check the footprint on the Zen Power Rack page.
  • Step 3: add what the bundle leaves out. Plates for the four Zen bundles, the Cable Pack and the Studio Pack. Flooring for everything except the Complete Gym Pack.

Build your own setup

If no bundle matches what you want, you have two routes. For a Tori setup, start with the Tori Bundle Builder and put your own package together. For a Zen setup, start with a Zen bundle and add the parts it leaves out. Here is the Build Bundle, loaded and floored:

Item Price
Zen Power Rack Build Bundle (rack, Elite Dazzle Camo bar, Satori bench) $2,390.96
VERVE BE> Olympic Bumper Plates, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg pairs (100kg) ~$715
Lock Jaw Olympic Collars, pair $20
9 x EPDM 15mm rubber gym tiles, 1m x 1m (a 3m x 3m floor) 9 x $40 = $531
Total ~$3,665.96

Without the floor, the loaded Build Bundle is about $3,134.96, roughly $426 less than the Home Gym Essentials Bundle. What you trade: the Satori Adjustable Bench (flat, incline, decline) in place of the Commercial FID Bench V2 (seven back positions), and the Elite bar in Dazzle Camo in place of the black Elite bar. Prices are at the time of writing; each product page shows today's price.

Frequently asked questions

Which VERVE home gym bundle is the best value?

For barbell training, a Zen Power Rack bundle plus 100kg of plates and collars: the Build Bundle ($2,390.96) loaded that way is about $3,134.96. For cables and a barbell, the Tori Strength Pack ($6,599) costs $1,590 more than the Cable Pack and adds a bar, bench, plates and collars worth $1,862 bought separately.

Do VERVE home gym bundles include weight plates?

Three do: the Home Gym Essentials Bundle, the Tori Strength Pack and the Tori Complete Gym Pack each include 100kg of VERVE Olympic bumper plates and collars. The four Zen Power Rack bundles, the Tori Cable Pack and the Tori Studio Pack do not.

Should I buy a Zen Power Rack bundle or a Tori pack?

Buy a Zen bundle if your training is built on squat, bench, deadlift and press. Buy a Tori pack if you also want lat pulldowns, seated rows and rope work. The Tori is a power rack and a dual cable machine in one, with two 150kg weight stacks giving 75kg of working resistance per side.

How much space does a Tori pack need?

The Tori stands 2316mm tall, 1230mm wide and 853mm deep, plus room in front for a bench and a loaded barbell. For a lower ceiling, look at the Tori Functional Trainer Rack Short, which stands 1.95m tall. Send VERVE your room dimensions to check the fit before you pay.

Do I need to buy flooring separately?

Yes, unless you buy the Tori Complete Gym Pack, which includes 12 EPDM rubber tiles laid as a 3m x 4m floor. Tiles are 1m x 1m and 15mm thick, at $40 each, so a 3m x 3m floor is about $531.

Can I add to a bundle later?

Yes. The Zen Power Rack is built to expand with attachments, and the Tori takes the Smith Machine Attachment, seated stations and modular storage whenever you are ready.

Can I pay for a home gym bundle over time?

Yes. VERVE offers Afterpay, Zip and Humm. Each provider sets its own limits and terms, so check which one covers your order total before you check out.

Your next steps

Pick your rack first: Zen for barbell work, Tori for barbell and cables. Measure your room against the Tori's 2316mm height, then add what your bundle leaves out, usually plates and flooring. Not sure what fits? Send VERVE your room dimensions for a free 3D gym design, and train in a gym that was finished the day it arrived.
