1. Motor Cleaning:
Ensure the motor is clean and free of dust and debris.

  1. Component Inspection:

    • Check the drive belt and rollers for wear and tear.

    • Test the Emergency Stop function for proper operation.

  2. User Detection & Machine Leveling:

    • Verify user detection sensors are functioning correctly.

    • Ensure the machine is level and stable.

    • Check belt tracking for proper alignment.

  3. Noise & Security:

    • Listen for any unusual noises during operation, and rectify if required

    • Ensure all shroud cover bolts are securely fastened.

    • Lubricate parts as per the user manual.
