How do I sign up?
You can sign up to the rewards program here. Earn 100 points instantly when you create your account.
Where can I find all of my account info?
You can access all of your account information by signing in here. You will find all of your points and perks there too!
How can I earn points?
Refer a friend to VERVE Energy and you’ll both receive 200 points when they spend $100.
Do my points expire?
Good news! Points do not expire and will remain on your VERVE Energy account.
Can I redeem points from purchases I made before joining the VERVE Energy program?
If you have made a purchase after the 1st January 2023, your points can be adjusted. Please email our team via team@vervefitness.com.au to get this amended. For all purchases made before the 1st January 2023, please contact our team via email (team@vervefitness.com.au).
Can I transfer points to another VERVE Energy account?
Points are not transferable. Please contact our team via team@vervefitness.com.au if you have any trouble accessing your account.
Why did I not receive points when I purchased the Concept2 bike?
Points can only be earned on VERVE products only. See our full VERVE collection here.
What can I get out of earning more points?
When you spend over a certain amount in any 12-month period you'll get bumped up to a higher Energy status, for greater points earning potential and more perks!
