VERVE Fitness stands behind our products and we are happy to assist you if you have any issues with our equipment.  We will comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as it relates to all our products.

VERVE Fitness provides warranties to the original purchaser of the product (named at the time of ordering) for the periods and in-line with any specific exclusions detailed below. The warranty period commences from the date of order unless otherwise specified and are non-transferable.

Warranties on products not manufactured by VERVE Fitness will observe the product manufactures warranty with additional information available on request. We do NOT accept returns on non VERVE items.

All warranties may be deemed void for if any product has been damaged due to neglect, faulty use, alteration, improper maintenance, storage and/or handling.

Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and VERVE has the discretion to decline warranty requests that are not in-line with the product warranty schedule. Minor aesthetic/cosmetic issues such as scratches, imperfections or similar that is incurred through general use is not covered under VERVE warranties.

Our ex demo products are covered under consumer law to perform as they are originally intended. This means that if there is a problem with the functionality of the product, it would be covered under warranty. However, please note that these products may carry some aesthetic defects due to their use in demonstration. These aesthetic defects are not covered under warranty as they do not affect the performance of the product.

Items damaged during delivery (in-transit / during shipping of your original to your specified delivery address) should be immediately documented and escalated to VERVE Customer Service for assistance. Please keep original packaging and, where possible – photograph the condition, location and any other relevant details.

HOME USE

• Home use is defined as anything that is involved with domestic (residential) and has no commercial links or alignments or usage in volumes, actions or techniques that are materially similar to commercial efforts.

COMMERCIAL USE

• Commercial use is defined as anything that is involved with, intends to, or leads to making monetary gains/profit OR a setting/situation within which the actions are materially similar to a commercial effort without profits as the intended or primary focus/result (including but not limited to: charity events, school fitness facility, office gyms, professional athletes, sports teams and professionals).
