Your Logo, Built Into The Turf. Not Sewn Or Glued Together.
You want your brand on the floor — and you need it to survive years of heavy, rock-loaded sled work. Most custom turf sews or glues the logo in afterwards, so the seams lift, fray and turn into a trip hazard within a season. VERVE tufts your logo into the turf during production, woven as one continuous piece — never applied or printed on after the fact. Nothing to peel. Nothing to replace.
The VERVE Way
Tufted in as one piece
Your logo is woven into the turf during production, not applied on top. No seams, nothing to lift or fray — built to take a loaded sled for years.
The Cheap Way
Sewn or glued in after
A seam at every logo edge. Under repeated sled passes they work loose, peel and become a hazard you have to replace.
Here's what you're choosing between. A glued-in logo saves the supplier money and hands you a floor that peels within a season. A logo built into one continuous piece keeps your brand sharp and your members safe for years. Same look on day one — a very different floor by month twelve.
The VERVE Way
Logo built into one continuous piece
✓One uninterrupted backing under the whole surface
✓Nothing to lift, peel or fray under sled load
✓Consistent pile height across the logo — no ridge to catch
✓Built for heavy, rock-loaded sled work day after day
The Cheap Way
Logo cut out and glued back in
✗Seams cut through the backing at every logo edge
✗Glue joins work loose under repeated sled passes
✗Edges lift and fray — a trip hazard on a training floor
✗Looks the same on day one. Doesn't stay that way.
Built-In Tufted Logo
The logo is integrated into the turf, woven as one piece during production — not applied or printed on afterwards.

Custom Turf Questions
What sizes can I order? +
Choose a roll width of 1 m, 2 m or 4 m and any length from 2 m to 25 m, in the increments shown in the configurator. Need something outside that range — a longer run or a full floor? Contact our fit-out team and we'll spec it with you.
How is my price worked out? +
The estimate is based on your total area and your delivery choice — sea freight for best value, or air freight for the fastest dispatch. Your logo and any markings (border, metre dashes) are included at no extra cost. It's an indicative figure to help you plan; Team VERVE confirms your exact quote alongside your design renders, and nothing is charged until you approve.
How exact is the colour match if I enter an RGB code? +
We match your RGB value to the closest manufacturable yarn colour. Screens and dyed fibre render colour differently, so your design proof shows the actual production colour — and nothing is made until you approve it.
What logo file should I upload? +
Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest edges. If all you have is a PNG, JPG or even a photo of your signage, upload that — our designers redraw it for free as part of your proof.
Why does one continuous piece matter? +
Inlaid logos are cut into the turf and glued back in, which puts a seam at every logo edge. Under repeated loaded sled passes those seams lift, fray and become trip hazards. Your logo is tufted in during production — woven into the turf as one piece, not applied or printed on afterwards. No inserts, no joins, nothing to fail.
Is custom turf kept in stock? +
No — every piece is manufactured to order, to your design. That's why the product shows as made-to-order rather than in stock, and why lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Can you add sled lanes, sprint markings or numbers? +
Yes — the white border and metre marking dashes are one click in the configurator, and lane lines, distance markers, agility grids, Hyrox-style course layouts and numbering can all be built into the same continuous piece. Mention what you need in the notes field and we'll include it in your renders.
