From the truck to the first rep. We coordinate the delivery, protect your floors, get the gear into position, assemble it to spec, test it, show you how to use it, and take every box, pallet and offcut away with us.
Our own crew, out of Upper Coomera. Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Northern Rivers. Same team that builds our showroom and our commercial fitouts. Fastest turnaround and usually available same week.
NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT and ACT are covered by installers we have hand-picked and worked with repeatedly. For larger commercial builds we fly our own supervisor out. You still deal with VERVE from quote to handover. One contact, one invoice, one warranty.
Whoever puts it together, VERVE stays responsible for the job.
Installation is quoted on the equipment, the site and the location. We give you a fixed price before we book the job, not an hourly rate that blows out. As a rough guide, this is what our most popular packages usually cost to install in the main metro areas.

Guide prices include unboxing, assembly, testing and rubbish removal. The final price depends on access: ground floor or apartment, stairs or lift, and how far the gear has to travel from the truck to the room. Regional and interstate installs are quoted individually.
Quoted per job with the equipment package. Anything over 20 line items changes the scope, so we price the whole install rather than guess. As a guide, a full white glove install usually lands between 9% and 13% of the order value. On a $50,000 order that is typically $4,500 to $6,500.
