The VERVE® ZEN Barbell is barbell designed to be a general use barbell, encompassing CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and functional fitness.
It is made to Olympic weightlifting standards for a 20KG men's bar with 2200mm length and a 50mm sleeve to accommodate any Olympic Standard weight plates. This bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. It is recommended for home gym use and not for commercial gym use. Complete with a comfortable knurl for of your olympic lifts, power lifts and general use for volume repetitions.
Our goal is to supply you quality fitness equipment and all our items come with at least a one year warranty for home use. Commercial items come with a one year warranty for commercial use. "Picked this bar up off Gumtree for an absolute bargain after someone got it as an unwanted present. My favourite bar to work with. The knurling is great in hand and it looks fantastic. I had been using other barbells in my home gym which had hill knurling and would slip during bench pressing or while deadlifting. The volcano knurling on this bar is great in hand and have had zero slipping issues with it. Highly recommended even at full price!"
