Measure floor width and depth, plus the lowest overhead obstruction. Allow extra room for barbell loading, bench movement, cable travel, pull-ups and assembly. A rack fitting on paper does not confirm usable clearance.

Match the exact rack model, upright size, hole diameter, spacing and mounting position. A shared 75mm upright size alone does not prove compatibility. Some additions need an extension or adaptor.

What is the difference between a power rack and a squat rack?

A full power rack, or power cage, surrounds the lifting area with uprights and adjustable safeties. “Squat rack” can also describe open half racks or folding wall racks. Compare the actual design and included safety equipment rather than relying on the name. See VERVE’s rack guide.

How much ceiling height do I need?

Start with the assembled rack height, then allow clearance for your movements, assembly and any attachments. The Zen Power Rack and Satori Power Rack are listed at 2,296mm, the standard Tori Functional Trainer Rack at 2,316mm and Tori Functional Trainer Rack — Short at 1,950mm. These are not minimum ceiling-height recommendations. Check beams, door tracks and pull-up clearance with VERVE.

Are the barbell, bench and plates included?

They are separate from the rack-only options unless explicitly listed as included. The Home Gym Essentials Bundle lists a Zen rack, adjustable bench, 20kg barbell, 100kg bumper plates and collars. Review the inclusion list for the exact product you select; photography may show optional equipment.

Will every VERVE attachment fit my rack?

Check each attachment against your exact rack and mounting position. Upright dimensions alone do not establish fit. The Commercial Half Rack page flags different side hole spacing, and some Tori additions require an extension kit. Send VERVE your rack model and the attachment you want before ordering.

Does the rack need to be bolted down?

Installation depends on the model, surface and intended use. A folding wall rack needs suitable wall mounting. Tori pages contain mixed anchoring advice; confirm the current model’s assembly manual and requirements with VERVE before installation. Do not treat equipment weight as a substitute for the manufacturer’s instructions.

How much is delivery, and is installation included?

Delivery pricing depends on your address and order; final rates are calculated at checkout. Heavy items may arrive on a pallet. Access restrictions, upstairs placement and installation can require separately arranged services at additional cost. Check VERVE’s shipping information and discuss your access needs before ordering.

What warranty and returns cover applies?

Coverage depends on the model, component and use. Review the warranty schedule and return conditions before buying. Tori-specific warranty wording differs from general rack messaging, so ask VERVE to confirm applicable coverage. A money-back headline should not be read as unrestricted use and return.
