"Such a great addition to the zen rack. The design is extremely well thought out and integrates seamlessly with the rack without taking up unnecessary space. Installation was straightforward and once set up it feels incredibly solid and stable. The movement of the bar is smooth and controlled, which makes exercises like squats, lunges, hip thrusts and presses feel very secure. I have already been using it for squats and hip thrusts and it feels very stable throughout the entire movement with a heavy load. The build quality is excellent and everything feels heavy duty and well engineered, exactly what you want in a piece of equipment that will get regular use. I was originally curious how it would feel compared to a commercial gym Smith machine and it honestly feels just as smooth. What I really appreciate is how much versatility it adds without compromising the footprint of the setup.
