VERVE ISO Lateral Pull Down – Omori Series

Train each side. Take ownership of every rep.

Bring a more individual approach to back training with the VERVE ISO Lateral Pull Down – Omori Series. Its independently moving arms allow each side to perform its own pulling movement, giving you the option to train both sides together or focus on one side at a time.

Rather than relying on a shared pulling movement, the ISO lateral format lets you pay closer attention to the effort and control on each side. Build it into your back sessions for focused pulldown work and a different approach to upper-body pulling.

Key Features & Benefits

• Independent arm movement: Each side moves separately, allowing you to focus on the contribution of each arm throughout the exercise.
• Single-arm or two-arm training: Perform pulldowns with both arms together or work through one side at a time.
• Side-to-side awareness: Use individual-arm training to notice differences in control and performance without a shared handle linking the movement.
• Dedicated back-training option: Add pulldown work alongside rows and other pulling exercises to expand your training choices. Pulldowns target the major muscles of the back.
