"I upgraded to this bench after tiring of fiddly cheap adjustable benches and saw it as a “do it once, do it well” move. Right out of the box, it feels solid. Heavy duty steel frame, good padding, and sturdy mechanics. The fact that you get 7 backrest angles and 4 seat positions is great. It opens up a lot more options (incline presses, decline work, etc. ). Using it so far, I like how stable it feels under load. Haven’t felt sketchy wobbles. The adjustment mechanism is intuitive enough, and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to shift mid-rep. For home gyms that don’t need all the extras, this is a strong, versatile bench that feels like it’ll last for years."
