VERVE Premium Hex Dumbbells (7 Pairs) and 3 Tier Rack

Seven pairs: 5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20 and 25kg, the pairs our home gym customers buy most. The heads are friction welded to the handle and wrapped in commercial grade rubber, with deep cut knurling on chrome handles. They sit on the VERVE 3 Tier Hex Dumbbell Rack, 152cm long, 56cm deep and 95cm high.

VERVE Dip Attachment and Landmine Attachment

VERVE Dip Attachment to fit VERVE Racks & Rigs - image 2 of 18

VERVE Dip Attachment and Landmine Attachment

The flip down Dip Attachment fits VERVE racks with 75mm uprights and an 18mm hole, held by two plastic tipped screw locks that won't mark the rack. The Landmine anchors to the rack so an Olympic bar can travel through an arc for one arm rows, presses, twists and deadlifts.
