We are dealing with a surge of orders 30 x times higher than our normal volumes and our hardworking team members are starting earlier in the morning, finishing later in the evening and coming in on Saturdays to help get our orders up to date. We appreciate your patience at this time and we look forward to getting back to our normal levels of service ASAP.

Can You Deliver To States Outside QLD?
Yes, freight is allowed cross state borders and we are delivering to all states as normal.

How Can I Contact You?
Our full focus is on clearing the backlog of existing orders and we are unable to answer the phone lines while we focus on this. If you need to contact us please use Facebook Messenger to get in touch with us via the button on the bottom right of the website. 

What's Still in Stock?

If it's Out of Stock Can I Pre-Order?
Yes, if products are not in stock many of them are available to pre-order. We have had extra stock in production since January and February that is arriving in April and May. We are unable to guarantee expected availability dates on pre-orders. If the package you want is not available for pre-order, we recommend ordering or pre-ordering the individual pieces you want.

How Do I Order a Package or Set?
We no longer offer packages or sets. To get the gear you are looking for simply choose the individual items you want, add them to cart and checkout.

How Do I Change My Order?
Pre-Orders: if your order is a pre-order to ship late April or in May we advise you to place a new order for the exact items you want and message us on Facebook messenger and request a refund. Everyone answering messages has been authorised to process instant refunds in these cases.

If your order is due to ship now, message us on Facebook and we'll do our best to adjust it as quickly as possible, but if it has already shipped there isn't anything we can do to change it. We have a money back guarantee to give 100% credit for unopened items in their boxes that we receive back into our warehouse in normal saleable condition. Per our return terms we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Will Product Prices Be Increasing?
Unless the Aussie Dollar strengthens very quickly having lost 22% of value this year, prices will increasing soon inline with the currency adjustment. 

What Are Shipping Costs?
If you need to place a new order, simply go online, add the items you want to your cart and you'll see a shipping cost at checkout. 

Why Did My Barbell Not Arrive In The Same Delivery?
Due the barbell tube being a significantly different shape to other cartons, our courier normally delivers barbells in a separate delivery.

Can I Collect?
Our showroom is closed while we work on processing the unprecedented amount of orders. Although we normally dispatch within a few hours it may take us up to 7 days to dispatch all orders.  Please do not show up to the warehouse for collection until you receive an email notification that your order is ready for collection. Collections are between 10am and 3pm.
