FAQ's:

Are your warehouse operations delayed due to COVID-19?
No. We have increased the size of our team significantly, are operating at full capacity and dispatching orders of in-stock items mostly within 24 hours.
However, production on some items has recently been running slower than normal due to unprecedented demand and we are doing everything we can to make goods available ASAP.

How Quickly Will I Get My Order?
Estimated dates for pre-orders are on the product pages, but these dates cannot be guaranteed due to the effect COVID-19 is having on logistics globally.

Can I Collect?
Yes you can. However, please do not show up to the warehouse for collection until you receive an email notification that your order is ready for collection. Collections are between 10am and 3pm.

Have you moved?
To enable us to serve you better, we moved into a 2,300 sqm state of the art facility which is the HQ for our warehouse, showroom and offices. It will allow us to hold huge amounts of stock so we can dispatch your orders same day and provide you with unbeatable service.

Our new address is: 4 Dalton Street, Upper Coomera, QLD, 4209 and you can find us on Apple Maps and Google Maps.

Can You Deliver To States Outside QLD?
Yes, freight is allowed cross state borders and we are delivering to all states as normal.

Can you deliver to Melbourne during the stage 4 lockdown?
Yes, our couriers are fully operational and delivering in Melbourne and all states.

When Are Your Restocking?
We have containers of replenishment stock arriving every week. Many items are already sold to those who got their pre-orders in earliest, some items still have faster availability if you pre-order now vs waiting until later.

I'm ordering a lot of items. Do you wait to ship them all together or do you dispatch them as they become available?
We will dispatch your items immediately when they become available, so you may get several shipments from us. You only pay for shipping once and there are no additional charges.

If it's Out of Stock Can I Pre-Order?
Yes, if products are not in stock many of them are available to pre-order. We are unable to 100% guarantee expected availability dates on pre-orders. 

How Do I Order a Package or Set?
We no longer offer packages or sets. To get the gear you are looking for simply choose the individual items you want, add them to cart and checkout.

How Do I Change My Order?
Message us on Facebook and we'll do our best to adjust it as quickly as possible, but if it has already shipped there isn't anything we can do to change it. We have a money back guarantee to give 100% credit for unopened items in their boxes that we receive back into our warehouse in normal saleable condition. Per our return terms we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

What Are Shipping Costs?
To check delivery costs simply go on the website, add the items you want to your cart and you'll see a shipping cost at checkout. 

Why Did My Barbell or Other items Not All Arrive In The Same Delivery?
Due the barbell tube being a significantly different shape to other cartons, our courier normally delivers barbells in a separate delivery and they may deliver parts of the same order across different days.

We have hired more people to help serve you faster and hope to resume our normal level of service as soon as possible. Take good care of yourself and those around you and stay strong 💪.
