Spotter arms for squats, presses and banded work at home or in a commercial gym. An upward swing lock plus a lock pin behind the upright stops them disengaging when the angle of pull changes. Boxed 3mm steel, black powder coated, 75mm x 180mm x 600mm and 13kg. Fits the Zen Power Rack and VERVE rig uprights.
A safety arm that pops loose under load is worse than no safety arm at all, especially on banded work where the angle of pull keeps changing.
VERVE Safety Spotter Arms feature an upwards swing lock design with an additional lock pin around the back of the upright, letting you use the laser cut holes for banded exercises in any direction without fear of them disengaging.
