The VERVE Single Sided Loading Jack lifts one end of a loaded barbell off the floor so plates slide on and off without you dragging or tilting the bar. Hook the cradle under the sleeve, press the lever down and the bar is held clear of the floor at plate height. Change plates, lift the lever, and the bar is back on the platform.
