A squat rack is a rack specifically designed for performing squats and many other barbell based exercises. The squat rack is made of two stable metal posts where you can safely lay the barbell.

Unlike Power Racks, Squat Racks can be moved around and stored every time you use them, they can even be easily transported in your car.
