This rig accessory is a 6' or 1800mm long, boxed crossbeam, also available in 4'. The purpose of this cross bar design is to provide an extremely stable cross beam with incrementally drilled holes for bolted on accessories, hanging ropes and rings and used with bands for resistance. This crossbeam will fit any VERVE rig upright and any 3x3" accessory. Although other 3x3 accessories from manufactures may fit, it is not guaranteed.
