This tactical vest features a quick release system and woven velcro chest and back hooks for attachment of any universal accessories (water bladder or pocket).

Note: The Plate Inserts (8lbs Insert or 5lbs Insert) for the VERVE Tactical Vest Plate Carrier have to be purchased separately. Note: the new generation of this weight vest does not have a pull handle behind the neck area as is show in the attached videos.

These vests are perfectly weighted for CrossFit. If you need a men's 20lbs vest, then add a pair of 8lb plates to bring the total weight of the two plates plus vest to 20lbs.
If you need a women's 20lbs vest, then add a pair of 5lbs plates to bring the total weight to 14lbs.

IMPORTANT: These plates are meant to be used strictly as a fitness accessory and should never be used as body armor.
