Our new version 2 Monolift Attachment gives athletes the ability to safely squat and bench press without having to walk or shift the bar out. Sold in pairs, this version of the VERVE Monolift takes this attachment to a whole new level, with thicker support arms, plastic J-hooks for protecting the bar and a much sturdier design all-round to suit even the heaviest lifts.
This Monolift Rack attachment is built with a counter weight handle at the top of the Monolift. This allows the athlete to lift the bar off while staying in the place and the hooks will swing directly towards the rack out of the way. There is no need for the athlete to move backwards, these arms provide enough space for the workout to be performed.

This attachment fits 75*75*3mm uprights with an 18mm diameter hole - all VERVE Rigs and Racks. Please ensure bolts at the top of the swing are not too tight to allow the arm to swing back to its original position.
