Spring collars are a basic requirement of almost any gym. Lifters have been using spring collars for decades to fix their weight, being the most inexpensive and fastest way to secure your lift. VERVE spring collars are no exception, with an improved right angle handle design it is easy to disengage the collar from the barbell.
