Description

The VERVE Military Tactical Vest is a plate carrier built from military-grade 500D nylon, not the cheaper polyester used on most budget vests. It holds VERVE Tactical Vest Plates front and back for balanced loading, features a quick release system for safety, and adjusts with elastic side straps for a secure, universal fit. Plates are sold separately, so you can load it to suit your training. Now includes an Australian flag velcro patch.

Note: The Plate Inserts (8lbs Insert or 5lbs Insert) for the VERVE Tactical Vest Plate Carrier have to be purchased separately. Note: the new generation of this weight vest does not have a pull handle behind the neck area as is show in the attached videos.

These vests are perfectly weighted for CrossFit. If you need a men's 20lbs vest, then add a pair of 8lb plates to bring the total weight of the two plates plus vest to 20lbs.
If you need a women's 20lbs vest, then add a pair of 5lbs plates to bring the total weight to 14lbs.

IMPORTANT: These plates are meant to be used strictly as a fitness accessory and should never be used as body armor.

FRONT & BACK PLATE HOLDERS

Holds VERVE Tactical Vest Plates in both the front and rear for evenly distributed load. Balanced weight means less shifting during movement and a more natural feel through running, burpees, and dynamic work.

Quick release system for safety

A quick release buckle lets you shed the vest fast when you need to. Important for safety during high-intensity training and timed workouts.

Velcro chest and back hooks

Woven velcro panels on the chest and back allow you to attach universal accessories like hydration bladders, pouches, or patches. Comes with a VERVE Australian flag patch included.

Military-grade 500D nylon construction

Built from 500D nylon, the same denier used in military and tactical carriers. It's significantly more durable and tear-resistant than the polyester found on lower-cost weighted vests. This vest is built for repeated, hard use.

Perfectly Weighted

These vests are set up for standard CrossFit Rx loads. For a men's 20lb vest, add a pair of 8lb VERVE Tactical Vest Plates. The total weight of the two plates plus vest brings you to 20lb. For a women's 14lb vest, add a pair of 5lb VERVE Tactical Vest Plates. Plate inserts are sold separately.

Elastic side straps

Adjustable elastic side straps let you cinch the vest tight to your torso so the load stays close to your body and doesn't bounce during movement. Universal fit, one size.
