Assembly Manual

Jammer arms that turn a rack you already own into a press, row and squat station, at home or in a commercial gym. They swing through 180 degrees and lock with magnetic pins so you set the starting position, and reposition without tools. Fits the Zen, Satori, Commercial Power Rack, Half Rack and rig uprights.

Replace ten gym machines with two arms on your rack

A commercial gym packs in a chest press, shoulder press, seated row, leg press, belt squat, shrug, calf raise, dip station, glute ham raise and chest supported row machine. A home rack does not have the floor space or the budget for any of it.

VERVE Power Arms V2 use a 180 degree range and magnetic lock-in pins, so you set the ideal starting position for a lift instead of muscling it up from the bottom every time. Set the height, lock in with the magnetic pins, and load the weight you want, mimicking movements like military press, flat press and decline press.

Fits what you already run

Compatible with the VERVE Zen Power Rack, Commercial Power Rack, Commercial Half Rack, Satori Power Rack and Rig Uprights (or other 75 to 76mm, 5/8 inch to 16mm racks). To use on a Tori Functional Trainer or Ozeki Rack, add the Extension Kit to the back of the rack first. An optional Belt Squat Attachment is available to pair with these arms.

Can you attach these to non verve racks?: These Power Arms are designed to fit onto racks with 75mm x 75mm uprights and 18mm pin holes. They will fit any brand with these dimensions.
What is the total length of the power arm (with and without the trolley)?: Hi John, the Power Arms are 1105mm plus the slider section that is 170mm

Will these arms work on the Tori power rack?: Hi Tom, I'm sorry the V2 Power Arms won't fit onto the Tori Rack because of the handle at the back of the Power Arms hitting the weight stack shroud on the Tori.
