Walking a loaded bar out of the rack is one of the riskiest parts of a heavy squat or bench, and it gets more dangerous as the weight climbs.
The VERVE Monolift Version 2 gives athletes the ability to safely squat and bench press without walking or shifting the bar out. A counter-weight handle at the top lets you lift the bar off while staying in place, and the hooks swing directly toward the rack, out of your way.
