A knee-locking seat for vertical pulling, for home and commercial gym setups. Height adjustable roller pads hold your knees down through lat pull downs and seated rows, on a heavy gauge steel frame measuring 662mm by 478mm by 385mm. It attaches to all VERVE racks, rigs and the Tori Cable Attachment.
Free-standing lat pull downs let your knees drift and your hips rise off the floor, so half the load leaks out of your lats before it reaches the bar. Without something to brace against, good form is the first thing to go on a heavy set.
The VERVE Lat Pull Down Seat attaches to all VERVE racks, rigs and the Tori Cable Attachment. It is easy to attach, move up or down the upright, or remove entirely, and the height-adjustable roller pads hold your knees securely in place.

"Seat is great. Only issue I have is the seat doesn't sit flush up against the vertical post. I will be using strapping tape to fix this problem. Maybe if they increase the thickness of the plastic plate that is in contact with the vertical post it might fix the problem. But overall very happy with the product."

"3.7/5, Works about as well as a I expected. A couple things that should definitely be improved; The knob to adjust the height of the knee pads is incredibly badly placed (it will literally smack your nuts if you aren't aware of it), and secondly it doesn't sit flush with the vertical beam, so mine was moving around while doing lat pull down (I used some cardboard to get it flush and don't have this issue now). Overall I'd say worth 300 for sure, but some very necessary upgrades would make it a hard 5 stars."
