A landmine post for rotational and single arm work on a rack or rig you already own. An Olympic bar drops into the sleeve and the multi directional swivel lets it travel through an arc for one arm rows, deadlifts, twists and shrugs. Boxed 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel, black powder coated, 6kg, with a 16mm bolt.
Rotational and single-arm training is one of the first things to disappear once a gym runs out of floor space, even though it is core to avoiding injury and building well-rounded strength.
The VERVE Landmine Attachment anchors to your rack or rig and lets you slide an Olympic bar into the sleeve, with plates loaded on the free end. The fixed end lets the bar move through an arc without sliding away from you, so you can commit fully to the lift.
