This FID leg attachment combined with this heavy duty commercial grade bench will allow you to train even more abdominal exercises, and give you the ability to lock in your feet for decline exercises. This optional leg attachment connects to the VERVE No Gap Bench enabling it to become a Flat Incline Decline (FID) Bench.
