Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If your order contains several items we dispatch each one as it becomes available, so you may receive more than one shipment. You only pay for shipping once.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Goods are delivered to a safe and easy to access location. What counts as easy to access is at the discretion of the carrier. Drivers cannot enter your premises, cannot hand unload items over 30kg, and cannot accept help from you to unload.
If you need items moved beyond the threshold, up stairs or through narrow access, contact us before delivery and we can arrange specialist delivery and installation at an additional cost.
Delivery is generally door to door but depends on carrier serviceability. In some regional, rural and remote areas freight may be sent to a local depot for collection. Shipping charges at checkout do not guarantee door to door delivery.
Customers are responsible for disposing of packaging and pallets after delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, or there is no contact after three days, your order is returned to our warehouse and a second shipping fee is payable before we can dispatch it again.
Collection is from 4 Dalton Street, Upper Coomera QLD 4209, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. Pickup orders should be collected within 14 days. After that, items are returned to stock and a VERVE credit is issued to your account.
