Weight Stacks at Perfect Ratio

2:1 means 2 pullys are used to allow users to lift a heavy weight with half the force.

The 2:1 ratio is good for “functional training” exercises where you want fast cable (more responsive) with adequate travel.

As a result, pulling 150kg on the weight stack, would feel like pulling 75kg, as is the case with most functional trainers.
