We created these plates to fit perfectly into our Tactical Vest Plate Holder so you can stick close to your perfect functional training tool.
VERVE Plate Inserts are sold in pairs (one for the front holder, one for the back) and weights are per-plate and each is powder coated and built to last.
Competition total weight ratings are 14lb and 20lb, which translates into about 6kg and 9kg for those using the metric system. Take the vest weight then distribute the remaining weight (to prevent strain and injury) by adding a plate to the front and rear plate holder.
