Olympic Dumbbell Handles with Bushings - Pair of 2
The VERVE® Olympic Dumbbell Handles are effectively a shortened Olympic Barbell enabling a lifter to load the barbell in the same way but in a dumbbell form factor. This concept is exceptionally important in home gyms or gyms where space is scarce and a variety of dumbbell weights are needed but the room and cost of an entire rack is not justified. We recommend ordering with iron plates rather than bumper plates. This product includes 2 pairs (4x) spring collars - as seen in photo (but does not include weight plates).
FEATURES:
Unlike basic metal on metal dumbbell handles, the VERVE Olympic Dumbbell handles feature bushings on the sleeves for a smooth rotation not available on most other dumbbell handles.

"These dumbbells like everything from Verve are exceptional quality and well made. They replace the need for a space guzzling dumbbell set and are perfect for my home gym. Have added some rubber pads on the bottom to protect my thighs which has been helpful. Really happy with these and I know they’ll last a long time!"
"A great alternative to buying a rack of hex dumbbells. The 2.5kg verve machined plates are a perfect match, but 5kg plates would work also. I would prefer a little shorter collar (165mm loadable is overkill for me) and the total length is over 500mm which can be a bit awkward for dumbbells. As others have said - the spring collars are useless, so plan on buying two pairs of good barbell collars."

"Dumbells are brilliant quality like all verve products. I bought these so I could use variable weights for chest, shoulders, rows etc. I purchased 6x 5kg machine olympic iron plates to use with these dumbells and they’ve been great - can turn them into 10kg, 20kg or 30kg dumbells. I would not recommend getting plates any bigger than the 5kg iron plates (plates are too wide) and you must get the plastic or metal clips as the ones that come with the dumbells are a bit impractical."
