The VERVE 3 in 1 foam plyo box is an essential piece of equipment in functional training. The 3 in one plyo box can be used for a magnitude of exercises due to its versatility in having 3 different height levels, based on how the box is placed, allowing for quick height changes. The boxes side heights are 20", 24" and 30".
Other exercises commonly performed with a plyo box are elevated push ups, burpee box jumps, jump overs and step ups.
