The VERVE® Tricep Bar is a shortened barbell designed with two parallel grips to provide the best wrist position for tricep exercises. The barbell rotates the wrists 90 degrees to the shaft direction providing a optimal neutral position for tricep extension and flexion exercises.

Although the barbell is designed primarily tricep extension and flexion exercises, the Tricep bar as the ability to in alternate ways by gripping the frame of the bar to modify wrist angles.
