The VERVE® Easy Curl Bar is a shortened barbell that is specifically designed for ease of use while doing bicep curls but can often be used in place of a standard barbell. The barbell is designed to provide open and closed angles of the shaft for slight variations in the grip while performing a curl.

Although the barbell is designed primarily for curls, the Ezy Curl has the capability to replace a standard barbell in any exercise to influence wrist position, range of motion and stability.
