Satori (悟り) is a Japanese Buddhist term for awakening, "comprehension; understanding". In the Zen Buddhist tradition, satori refers to a deep experience of kenshō, "seeing into one's true nature". Ken means "seeing," shō means "nature" or "essence".

VERVE Satori uprights at 75mm x 75mm x 2mm contain 14% more metal than a competitor upright of 60mm x 60mm x 2mm for added strength and security in your heavy lifts.

Westside Hole Spacing

Westside hole spacing allows for precise placement of J-hooks and safety bars. Standard hole placement is 50mm between holes. With Westside hole spacing, the holes are just 25mm apart - amazing for bench press.

Both racks come with Sandwich J-Hooks included, have 75mm * 75mm uprights, are fully compatible with the VERVE ecosystem of attachments making either rack a great choice.

Additional features of Zen
