What does the 3D design cost?
Nothing. The design is free and comes back with a full, itemised quote, so you have one number to take to your bank, your partner or your board.
How long does a fit-out take?
Most new fit-outs we see take 8 to 16 weeks from signed lease to open doors. Stocked lines dispatch the same day from the Gold Coast. Custom and container orders get a lead time in writing before you pay a deposit. We schedule every fit-out backwards from your opening date, so you know what lands when before you commit.
What does a fit-out cost?
Our 2026 fit-out data puts a complete new facility at $50,000 to $200,000 for 150 to 400 m², or roughly $300 to $600 per square metre, depending on the gym type and the gear. Your 3D design comes back with a full itemised quote, so you get your real number, not a range. See the cost data.
What does installation cost?
A full white-glove install usually lands between 9% and 13% of the order value. On a $50,000 order that is typically $4,500 to $6,500, fixed before you book. A commercial install usually takes three to four days, and we take the rubbish away.
Can I finance the equipment?
Yes. Your quote is written so a lender can read it. See our finance partners and the repayment estimator on the finance page.
Do you deliver and install outside the capital cities?
We deliver to sheds, not just suburbs. Container consolidation, staging and carriers are worked as a line item in the quote, so regional freight is a number you agree to, not a surprise.
Can I see the gear before I buy it?
Come and train on it. The showroom is at 4 Dalton Street, Upper Coomera, Gold Coast, open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. Call ahead on 1300 194 748 and we will have your design up when you arrive.
What happens after opening day?
The install crew leaves, we don’t. The Owners Portal gives you parts, warranty claims and your order history in one place, and the team that designed your gym is the team that answers the phone. Our commercial service level agreement sets it out in writing.
